From the producer of Resident Evil 4, Hiroyuki Kobayashi and the character designer from Devil May Cry. Devil Kings is visually similar to Dynasty Warriors series. Devil Kings and Sengoku Basara are the same games but the playing mode will be different. Sengoku Basara (Japanese version) takes place in the Sengoku period, a Warring States period, during which Japan was split into many minor states battling over power and land. The game will feature two historical warlords as the main characters, Scorpio (Sanada Yukimara) and Azure Dragon (Date Masamune). *Devil Kings (US version) isn't based on the Sengoku period, but a new devilish world, that features the main character, Devil King (Oda Nobunaga).
When I watched the trailer on this game, I felt surprised at first also excited cause of the 200+ hits combos I can have in the game and it has the great similarity as Samurai Warriors. It has its mission and has lots of soldiers to attack, but this one is crazier and the difficulty will be a bit higher than Samurai Warriors. After I bought this game, I found there's no regret to buy it :)
If you loved to play Devil May Cry series so as the Shinobi, Devil Kings will be the best for you, and it's sure that it will bring you a lot of excitement. Lady Butterfly and Venus are cool female characters to play with, while Devil King is the boss!! Even Devil Kings and Sengoku Basara are the same game, but they're totally different for gameplay and all (except for the characters designs). Comparing with Sengoku Basara (JPN) with Devil Kings (US), I recommend you to have Devil Kings, cause it has more skills, more fun and it's crazier!! :D
